Our kitchen rules
Our dietitian writes the menu; our cook prepares it fresh every morning.
- No added sugar or salt; sweetness comes from fruit
- Nothing fried; baked and boiled
- Soup every day, fish or pulses twice a week
- Purées and mashes in the baby group; no honey or cow’s milk before 12 months
- Water on the table all day
If a food allergy or a doctor-recommended diet requires it, we talk in person at registration and make a separate plan with the family. We don’t ask for this information in web forms.
