Fees apply from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027 and are paid monthly in advance. The first month is pro-rated from the start date.

What is included in the fee? VAT, meals, transport?

Monthly fees include VAT and three meals (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack). Nappies, formula and personal care products come from home. Transport is extra and depends on the area. A registration and materials fee is charged once a year. Sibling and annual prepayment discounts are listed on the Fees page.

Fees & enrolment

What does pre-registration mean? Is it binding?

Pre-registration lets us hold a place in your group and call you for a visit or meeting; it is not binding and no fee is charged. Registration is final once you have visited the club, signed the contract and paid the registration fee. When groups are full, pre-registrations go on a waiting list and are called in order.

Fees & enrolment

What documents are needed for registration?

At final registration the documents required by regulation (civil registry record, copy of the vaccination card, health report, copy of the parent’s ID and a passport photo) are collected in person at the club. Our website forms never ask for these documents, the child’s health information, national ID number or photo.
