Drop off at 07:30,
pick up at 19:00.
Day nursery for 6 months to 4 years in Ataşehir. Five minutes from the business district, licensed by the Ministry of Family and Social Services.

At the end of the day you get this card
For every child, every evening. What they ate, how long they slept, what they played, how many nappy changes; and a note in the teacher’s own handwriting.
- Two short photo messages during the day: from the morning activity and the afternoon.
- A paper report card at pick-up; the same report also comes by message.
- Whenever you’re worried, you can call the teacher or the director directly.

Ate
Lunch: lentil soup, bulgur with vegetables, yogurt.
Finished the soup, put the carrots aside.

Slept
In the darkened sleep room, in their own bed.
Asked for the bunny, fell asleep at once.

Played
Garden, water table, block tower.
Wouldn’t let anyone knock the tower down!

Care
Nappies and toilet, handwashing, clothes.
Could you bring a spare set tomorrow?
Does it fit?
Your child’s age, your working hours and where you live: the right group, programme, monthly fee and school bus on one card.

From the moment they walk in until 19:00
You want to know who you hand your child to, how, and what happens if they get ill. Our four rules:
Card entry, signed handover
The door only opens with a card. Children are only handed to people you named in writing at registration; the handover list is signed every evening.
Hygiene on the clock
Handwashing before meals, after the garden and at nappy changes; toys are disinfected every evening.
A full-time nurse
Morning health check, medicine only with a prescription and signed instruction. At 38 °C she calls you and stays with your child while they wait.
Our own kitchen
Food isn’t brought in; it’s cooked that morning. Our dietitian approves the menu and allergens are listed every day.
Who will greet you at the door?
A fixed teacher for every group, our full-time nurse and our dietitian. The signature at the bottom of the card you get in the evening belongs to one of them.

At 18:30 I’m the one at the door.

The five questions on your mind
The five topics working parents ask about most at the first meeting. Short answer on top, details below.
When do you open and close? What if I’m late?
We open at 07:30 and close at 19:00, every weekday.
We are closed on public holidays and for two weeks in August (summer maintenance); dates are published on the News page at the start of the year.
Will my child be able to sleep at nursery? What if they don’t?
Everyone has their own bed; a child who doesn’t sleep is never forced and rests in a quiet corner.
We never force a child to sleep; those who don’t rest in a quiet book corner. Falling-asleep and wake-up times are written on the report card every day so you can adjust bedtime accordingly.
Where is the food cooked? What does a child with allergies eat?
It’s cooked that morning in our own kitchen; our dietitian approves the menu.
For a child with a food allergy or a special diet recommended by a doctor, we make a separate menu plan with the family; this information is taken in person at registration, never through web forms.
Do you have cameras? Can I see my child during the day?
No live stream; you get photo messages during the day and a report card in the evening.
Instead, twice a day (morning activity and afternoon) you receive a short message with a photo of your child, and in the evening you get the report card. If you are ever worried, you can always call the teacher or the director.
What happens if my child gets ill? When should they stay home?
With a temperature of 38 °C or more, vomiting or diarrhoea, we call you to collect them.
We ask that children don’t return until their temperature has been normal for 24 hours without medicine and vomiting/diarrhoea has stopped; this rule protects the other children and their siblings. We do not diagnose; we recommend seeing a doctor when needed. Medicine is only given with a prescription and a signed instruction.
