How do we calculate?
The rules are the same as the fee table and bus zones; all are updated from the admin panel.
- Group: the child’s age today, against each group’s age range
- Programme: 2–3 days a week is flexible; up to 5.5 hours within the morning or afternoon window is half day; anything else is full day
- Fee: the group’s monthly amount for that programme (VAT and 3 meals included)
- Bus: the monthly fee and time window of the zone you choose
Full dayBetween 07:30 and 19:00, five days a week; breakfast, lunch and snack included.
Half dayMornings 08:00–13:00 (lunch included) or afternoons 13:30–18:30 (snack included).
Flexible (2–3 days)Full days on 2 or 3 fixed days a week.
